Sharon is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and groups reclaim their lives from unresolved trauma. She specializes in supporting clients facing Life Traumas, Breaches of Intimate Trust, Betrayal, Compulsive and/or Addictive Behaviors, Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Complex Relationship Challenges, and Co-Occurring Disorders.

Sharon brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience and continues to expand her training to better support clients in their healing. She is deeply committed to the therapeutic relationship and believes in meeting each person exactly where they are, offering a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative space. Person-centered care is at the heart of her work, empowering clients to move toward the goals and changes that matter most to them.

With a strong focus on the mind–body connection, Sharon helps clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, reframe shame-based beliefs, and gently process the trauma held in their body. Her approach is individualized, solution-focused, and grounded in current research.

Sharon holds the belief that “unhealed patterns become repeated patterns” — and with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal. Her mission is to guide clients toward lasting recovery, renewed hope, and meaningful personal growth.
